1. How long does it take to receive my customized photo magnets?

Our customized photo magnets are made to order. It typically takes 2-3 business days to process your order and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping within the continental US. For Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

2. Can I return or exchange my customized photo magnets?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized photo magnets as they are personalized items. However, if your magnets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

3. Can I return or exchange gift cards?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards. Once purchased, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for non-customized items. If you receive a non-customized item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
